The Maryborough Aero Club welcomes new members of all ages.

 

Whether you're an experienced pilot, a student, or just an interested non-flyer, our functions and events cater for everyone.

 

Members have access to our extensive hangar facility (pending availability), regular social events, major events like Wings & Wheels, regular fly-ins and fly-outs, weekend BBQs and much more.

 

We have recently purchased an RAAUS-registered Sportstart two seater which is available to members at $160/hr wet hire (+ landing fees).

Our monthly meetings are held on the second Saturday of the month, generally starting with airside activities from 0930, a quick club meeting, then a BBQ lunch around 1200. Guests and visitors are welcome.

 

Maryborough Aero Club is one of the longest running clubs of this type and some of our 90 year history can be viewed in the photographs and memorabilia that decorate the walls of the club building.

 

We currently have over 45 members and 25 aircraft on site - both RAAUS and GA - their backgrounds ranging from recreational, commercial and ex-military pilots as well as students, social members and flying enthusiasts.
